Booking Terms & Conditions *

Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of an initial payment equal to 50% of the total confirmed booking value. The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 14 calendar days before the booking date. For bookings made within 14 calendar days of the booking date, full payment is required upon confirmation. Studio3 may release any tentative booking where payment is not received by the due date.

Cancellation Notice: All cancellations must be made in writing by email or text message. Cancellation charges are calculated on the total confirmed booking value, regardless of the amount paid at the time of cancellation.

Cancellation Charges: 21 days or more before the booking date: 25% of the total confirmed booking value. 15–20 days before: 50%. 8–14 days before: 75%. 7 days or less before: 100%. No-show: 100%. Any amount paid above the applicable cancellation charge will be refunded.

No-Show: Failure to attend or use the venue on the confirmed booking date without prior written cancellation will result in a cancellation charge equal to 100% of the total confirmed booking value.

Use of Venue: The venue may only be used for the purpose stated in this booking form. Significant changes to the activity, participant numbers, setup or requirements must be notified to Studio3 in advance and may be subject to additional charges or approval.

Session Times & Overtime: The booked session applies only to the confirmed time period. Access before or use beyond the confirmed session is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Evening & Weekend Bookings: Evening sessions from 7.00pm to 10.00pm are charged at the applicable half-day rate due to after-hours operating requirements. Saturday and Sunday currently enjoy the same introductory 2026 rates. Weekend surcharges may apply after the introductory pricing period ends.

Additional Services: Complimentary coffee and tea are provided for all bookings, together with biscuits and sweets for participants. Full-day bookings include one complimentary tea break with one hot food item; the other tea break is served with biscuits. Additional hot food items, refreshments, printing, equipment, special setup, workshop materials and other requested services are chargeable where applicable and will be stated separately in the quotation or invoice.

Damage & Conduct: The client is responsible for the proper use of the venue, furniture and equipment by its participants and guests. Any loss or damage caused by misuse, negligence or unauthorised activity may be charged to the client.

Exceptions: Any exception or goodwill arrangement is entirely at the discretion of Studio3 and does not establish a precedent for future bookings.
